Allison and Lillia stands out from most other anime series thanks to its focus on plot, drama, and character development. This series is one of the most calming adventure/action type anime I've seen, and I'm not saying that in a bad way. Allison and Lillia keeps a great pace throughout the timeline, so you never feel as though you're focusing on one aspect of the series for too long. Another thing I really enjoyed about this series is the character development throughout the timeline. We start with two young, curious adolescents and watch them grow into mature, independent adults. It's a heartwarming series, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for something new and soothing to watch.
