The evil counterpart to Small Lady, this is the form Chibi Usa takes after Wiseman manages to convince her that no one loves her and that she is guilty for her mother's comatose state (by stealing the Silver Crystal and leaving the royal palace unprotected). Black Lady fights along Wiseman against Sailor Moon and the other Senshi.
