Bran Stark Character

Bran is the second son of Eddard Stark; he is named after Eddard's deceased brother, Brandon Stark. Bran is initially portrayed as an adventurous child, always running around and making his mother, Catelyn, worried sick. At the end of the first episode, he is defenestrated by Jaime Lannister after accidentally witnessing him and his twin sister, Queen Cersei, secretly having sex. However, contrary to Jaime's plan, Bran does not die; after awakening from a long coma, Bran discovers he has lost the use of his legs. Eventually, he discovers a new ability — entering the mind and controlling his direwolf, Summer, in a process known as "warging".
