A crossbow is somewhat similar in design to a traditional bow, except for using a wooden plank to position the bow part
and fire the arrows. It is also far easier to operate than a bow, which made it an ideal weapon especially during
medieval times. Now, crossbows are most often used in sports, hunting, and competitions.
