For 48 years, the demon Hotei has been living in the human world and preying on
its inhabitants. His life is far from good, however, as he's got no money, can't pick up girls or eat human food
(especially sweets). On top of everything, Suzaku, a
perverted fallen angel with a shota complex, bullies him and claims his "house" (a mere park bench) as his own. Starving
and alone, Hotei ends up eating a piece of candy a little boy gives him and finds out why exactly demons can't eat
sweets.
