Disembodied heads appearing to "float" in the image. May also contain the shoulder area (collars of clothing) and a hand
or two.
The term appeared in cinema when the appearance of digital image creating programs meant not needing to
commission an artist to paint the posters anymore. This style was popular in the '80s and '90s and can still be seen
around occasionally.
Not to be confused with Beheaded.
