= This is a Review of Freezing ( Manga ) =

... I must admit I was pretty surprised.
I was seriously under the impression it's going to be something that's solely about fan services , seeing that the Anime adaptation had convinced me of it , but it seems that the Manga was slightly different in the sense that it prioritizes it's heroines' background , the battle scenes and the suspense it occasionally offers.
Ecchi is but a sub-genre and is hardly the motivation of why the readers would want to read the Manga , seeing that actual fan services doesn't really come by too often , but the morality issues and dark atmosphere surrounding this story would get you hooked on like a fish.

Very cool and intriguing battle manga. The story is hard to follow at times and there is a little too much fan service throughout, but the battles are very entertaining and sometimes gruesome, and the characters are very well made.

Set in a slightly futuristic world where Earth has been invaded and is at war with aliens from another dimension called the Nova, the story follows the adventures of a Japanese boy named Kazuya Aoi who enrolls for training at a special school for genetically modified girls called Pandoras who battle the aliens, and their male partners, called Limiters, who use a special power called "freezing" to limit their opponent's mobility.

The protagonist makes the acquaintance of an unusual older girl named Bridgette L. Satellizer who appears to be the most powerful Pandora in her class, but has not yet chosen a male partner to be her Limiter, and in spite of the warnings of all his friends, he decides to be her Limiter.

Apart from the resolutions which pisses me off entirely...Because all the episodes I downloaded is in aspect ration of 4:3, So it sucks. But apart from the resolution that is preventing me to give it a Rating of 10 The anime is perfect with No Flaws and, I Totally Loved it and enjoyed it!!! Waiting For The second season!!!!!! Ah!!!!

The first season is just about to end in the next few weeks... so I can safely say this was one of my top 10 this season. Yeah it's a little overly heavy on the fanservice... but it pulls of a decent plot and great action sequences. Lost of palpable tension and character divelopment... very enjoyable as long as you don't mind lots of boobies.

lots of fan service which deserves some credits. but apart from that, it's a mixture of - EVA, claymore, trinity blood and sailor moon themes and gags. story pretty difficult to understand or even follow. very bloody in fighting scenes. story unfolds slow. main male lead pretty damn useless.
