sheer lack of students available to teach. Morale in schools has dropped dramatically, and Seio is no different.
An energetic girl named Manami Amamiya transfers to a new
school (all-girl Seio Private High School) where she quickly becomes the student council president and starts to bring
back some vigor in the students' lives.

predictable plot with a humble beginning and ended without regret for our main heroine. seiyuu ok, not particularly strong though. artworks tend to be targeting younger audience. the theme of this anime is positive.
