Terrible sequel to the much greater Iczer-One OVA; the main heroine is just annoying as hell and the seiyuu who voiced her was horrible, the so-called villains were appalling and had no appeal to them whatsoever, and overall I feel sorry for Iczers One and Two for being in this OVA.
