I think with everything else reviewed, I gave out a pretty good idea on what I think about the presentation and show, in
general. So just to sum it up:
-The show is enjoyable, but the long arcs and fillers can get tiring- it becomes a must-see when it follows well the manga storylines and gets to the serious stuff. The romance is to die for- You'll find yourself debating ships without realizing it.
-The concept of the story is well put, even if sometimes you kind of forget what's it really about due the laid-back-ness that some breather episodes tend to have.
-The humor is okay- not to burst out laughing, not to stay there with a blank face. The comedid timing is pretty good, even if it's repetitive.
I really love Inuyasha but my favorite character is Sesshomaru.I watch every episode and movie that is on the net. I really wish Sesshomaru would have his own movie or series so that many of us may know who he really was inside. I wan to know if Sesshomaru have or will fall-in-love, if theres something more in that cold , quiet character he has.Cirru rated 7.25:
Think I've seen about 80% of the series... probably missed a few episodes here and there, but have seen most of it. Rather enjoyed Inuyasha: the locations, going back and forth between universes, different items, the various characters and their dynamics. The most interesting relationship is between Inuyasha and his half-brother, Sesshomaru. The most annoying thing is the overuse of the "Sit" joke. It got old after the 3rd episode (used too often for comedic effect).minayuri rated 5.00:
This series takes its' success from taking concepts of various other series and has a female protagonist who doesn't carry the title of pure-hearted heroine on her sleeve to be honest, Kagome should consider herself lucky she doesn't have more than one rival for Inuyasha's affections like what MI's Kyoko and Ranma's Akane had to endure. I also didn't like the Miroku/Sango gags and the protagonists going through the same cycle with fighting lesser demons while hunting for Naraku, finding and fighting him, and he disappears when he doesn't have the upper hand. The anime also vilified Kikyo too much which contrasts how she was portrayed in the manga. I pretty much like Kikyo regardless of the bad stigma her character gets and I found her relationship with Inuyasha really sweet too, Kikyo not using those beads to handle Inuyasha and instead using her mature graces endears me to her more. I pretty much like Sesshomaru and Rin too and their bond, if Rin was older then I would support her in a relationship with Sesshomaru.Blue-Crescent rated 10.00:
This anime is totally a wonderful one to watch especially to anime-lovers who's favorite genres are time traveling and are really lovers of the Japanese culture. The plot of the anime is well-sequenced and the characters are really given time to shine on certain episodes. Though some parts in the manga are intentionally deleted to be a part of the anime but the filler episodes they inserted are really essential in contributing wonderful twist and turn of events.ChaiTea91 rated 8.50:
I own two of the movies (one of which I gotta replace) but have seen all 4 and love the series. But I was mildly disappointed because it sorta felt like the love triangle got dragged on too long plus *spoiler alert* it was agitating to not get a kiss scene f/ InuXKag until the very last episode
