The human in the Naruto World who possesses a bijuu is called jinchuuriki. The bijuu "lives" in his host and lends him his powers.If a bijuu is seperated from his host the human dies. There are nine jinchuuriki: Naruto Uzumaki, Gaara, Yugito Nii, Yagura, Utakata, Roushi, Killer Bee, Han and Fu (Naruto).
