Ken has always wanted to perform at the Stage but, because he suffers from a heart condition, can't get involved in strenuous physical activity. Thus, he is forced to work behind the scenes. It is not-so-subtly shown that he likes Sora, even though she doesn't seem to be aware of it. He sometimes wears glasses and helps Sora out when she's depressed.
