Mimori first appears during the filming of one of Shou's promotional videos. Mimori instantly strikes Kyoko, her co-star, as a not-too-bright young girl and, due to her mindless praising of Shou all the time, is a constant reminder of how Kyoko herself used to be before she learned the truth. Mimori misinterprets Kyoko's hateful and vengeful attention towards Shou as the behavior of an extreme fangirl, so she regards Kyoko as a threat and tries to keep her away from Shou. It appears that Mimori and Shou are dating, though it seems more like Shou is tolerating her presence than wanting it and even calls her "Pocchiri" ("little dog") to emphasize that she's not on the same level as him.
