This had a lot of potential but in the end it all went down the drain: the story felt forced and the supernatural aspect was explained much too late (last chapter) for it to make much sense overall - if anything, I think the manga could do well without it and would be a much better character study. Like this, it felt as if the mangaka tried to switch gears at the last moment, just to get a more memorable ending.
