Visually, this OVA was top notch for an early 90's title and that's what I enjoyed about 0083 as well as the music. The characters are hard to invest in; that Fed womanizer was a real douchebag, yet Keith and Mora were likeable. Kelly Layzner should've been the actual protagonist, his character was more interesting than bland Kou Uraki. Kou and Nina are the worst Gundam couple IMO, they're such a poor match for each other considering Nina's WTF moment she has near the end of the series and even that element in the plot development made no sense. I really hated Nina by that point late in the series. Sunrise should've granted F91 the OVA series treatment that year, F91 had more going for it than 0083.
