very interesting topic as the theme. Management - which I studied as a major back in Uni. days. Anime converted from a novel. The way it converted or translated mgt. concepts into context in anime initially sounded interesting but then it gets a bit repeatative and boring. Yet, the theme about innovation in mgt. style came through nicely. Human resource mgt. also pointed out as a critical factor. I guess in such a short time frame it did a great job in highlighting the crucial elements in mgt. The story about the original baseball manager is rather touching.
