Narutomaki (鳴門巻き), also just called "naruto", is a kind of kamaboko known for its distinctive shape.
Kamaboko is a paste made from fish, usually imitation crab.
Narutomaki is white with a a scalloped
edge and has a pink spiral in the center.
It is most commonly used as a topping for ramen.
Note: Not to be confused with the series or character Naruto.
