A sleep specialist who claims to be able to cure sleep-related problems. He first meets Tonko Aoba accidentally after she moves into her new home, due to the house being previously
occupied by a client whom had suddenly moved away. Netarou runs away after she calls him a pervert but meets her again
the following day, when she walks into his shop and threatens to report him to the police. In an attempt to stop her, he
decides to show Tonko that he is useful and (forcibly) brings her with him into her nightmares.
Netarou
has the appearance of a child and is shown as quite arrogant and rude, bragging constantly about his skill and missing
no opportunity to call Tonko "tiny-tits". In the dream world, he carries around a lantern.
