Olivier Mira Armstrong is tasked with defending the border between Amestris and Drachma, which lies in the North. While
she appears strict and distant, Olivier is very protective of her subordinates and does not tolerate mistakes or
hesitation. When the Elric brothers arrive at the Briggs stronghold, she tears her brother's letter of recommendation up
without even reading it, preferring to form her own impression of the two.
She doesn't appear in the 2003
anime.
