If I named SZS something nearly surreal then Paprika is absolutly surreal. This film is hard to understand those who are
not familiar with the concepts of unconscious, symbolism, internal conflict, delirium, and so on. But even those who
know will have difficult, as Kon-san using artistic means sometimes goes too far. His movies are beginning to remind
painting by Dali, and you start to search for meaning wherever was no sense originally.
I think whom liked the movie cage like this anime too
P.S. I love the art of Salvador Dali)))
This movie basically has the same plot as Inception only shorter and easier to understand. You might get confused sometimes when you watch it, but it's really not that hard to understand. The voice talent was once again, awesome. XD Yuri Lowenthal and Doug Erholtz are probably some of my favorite VA's and they did an awesome job as their characters in this movie. ^^ I loved the dream world in this movie. It was so vibrant, beautiful, and interesting. ^^ It's also rated R though, which I honestly wasn't expecting. It's not that bad, but it alludes to some sexual themes, and there is some nudity. Anyway, if you're a fan of Inception you should check this movie out! ^^
