Partially Dressed - Wallpaper and Scan Gallery

To be used when characters are only partially clothed. Clothing must be removed in some sort of way (partially or completely).

These characters are not fully dressed, meaning that their "usual" outfit is not complete (for example, a girl wearing just the top part of her school uniform and her underwear).

NOT to be used for characters just wearing underwear, swimsuits, or skimpy clothing.

Note: For characters actively taking their clothes off, also use undressing.
