The anime is related to black jack the protagonist ray is a super skilled surgeon with an eye that can see the diseases
of the patient, the eye was implanted by Dr. black jack. She was raised in a facility where children are gathered and
raised for the sole purpose of selling the body parts. She loses her eyes in the facility but luckily she is rescued and
given supernatural eyes.
Ray is calm and composed and her character is quite admirable. One reason I liked the anime was that it is concise.
