Riichi Miura Character

Riichi is the caretaker of a library in the forest, which Chise comes across accidentally as a child. He is kind and invites her to visit again, lending her books and reading with her. Like Chise, he is able to see the supernatural apparitions. Riichi appears only in the "Hoshi Matsu Hito" OVA, though his story is briefly referenced in the series, in episode 13.
