A young woman in love with Chifuyu Takashou, a law teacher at the university she attends. Her love borders on obsession, though, as she constantly confesses to Chifuyu, who remains adamant about not accepting her advances. When she's left penniless because of her mother, Sakiko is taken in by Chifuyu, who helps her by paying her tuition fees and lodging. Wanting to repay his kindness, she makes it her goal to make Chifuyu acknowledge her as his official mistress, all the while roping Chifuyu's brother, Natsuo Takashou, into teaching her "man-pleasing techniques".
