After being attacked by an elder male teacher in the past, Souichi developed an intense hatred for gay people, which he
misses no opportunity to announce. Oftentimes he takes it out on his underclassman, Tetsuhiro, the only one who ever listens to him, and continuously
plans to go to America and snatch his little brother away from the gay lover who "corrupted" him.
Souichi
has a younger brother, Tomoe (who currently lives in American with
his lover Mitsugu Kurokawa), and a younger sister, Kanako (who lives with him in their parents' house in Nagoya).
