The biggest disappointment I've ever had. I expected a good story, with mistery and reasoning but there was only
confusion, with countless inconsistencies in the plot and nonsense explanations.

This anime has a number of holes. But it's epicness let me forgot them.
Although nothing near from Higurashi No Naku Koro ni, it also gave me the tense what-if atmosphere that felt so good i'll get mad waiting for the next episode.
They should've done better visuals.

Umineko no naku koro ni isn't an anime that you really think about. If you over think it you will be confused. Like
example, how can Battler defy wtiches and magic if he himself is being dragged threw 3 "games" like that? how
can he explain being dragged threw time and space like that?
anyways overall its pretty good. It has more of that violence I crave that Higurashi didn't satisfy.
What can I say ? I was a bit disappointed by that anime. The start is absolutely great, I was astonished until the very end of the First part. But, at the middle of the Second Part, it's a wtf part. And that wtf feeling remains during the rest of the show, even if some moments are as amazing as the first episodes. At least, the graphism is perfect all along the show.
bafyte rated 9.75:This anime is one of the best. Very good story even though sometimes the bad girl turned good and then she turned bad so it was hard to tell what she was feeling towards the guy but in the end I think she came to like him very much.
