One of the best performers at the Stage, and Layla Hamilton's
performance partner. He is shown to support and respect Layla greatly.
In the beginning, he is one of the few to
treat Sora Naegino nicely and encourage her, much to the dismay of Layla.
It is unclear whether he has romantic feelings towards Sora or considers her more like a sister.
It is later
revealed that Yuri's father, Aaron, also worked as an acrobat at the Kaleido Stage, before his untimely death.
