It took me a long time to try this out for two reasons: I wasn't sold on the concept (loli isn't my thing) and the only fansubber at the time was translating the Chinese version, which resulted in some horrid translations. Eventually, things improved, and I found myself drawn into several aspects of the show, especially Kyousuke's antics. I'm now waiting for a good deal on the US release box sets. That, and another season.
In a world where ESP is common, only three people have them at the highest possible level - Level 7. Those three are the special ESP team, The Children.
