The series brings an interesting revolution to the whole supernatural being idea by involving the drug itself, and placing all the creatures in the heart of the modern Tokyo, not necessarily on forests on mountains nor in a long gone era. The art is also very satisfactory, when it comes to the colored works, which are rich in details and very delicate. There is, on the other hand, a rather big amount of nudity throughout the series as a whole, and it includes a "semi-explicit" sex scene (characters are shown doing it, but not in so much details) and a fair amount of ecchi and crossdressing, but these can be looked over easily. Another interesting point that contributes to the aforementioned "revolution" is that the author included several other branches of mythology, such as Nordic and Hindu, not restraining it to the Japanese folklore.
