I give it 10 because this is one of the funniest anime I've watched so far. I actually recorded it in VHS and also have it fansubbed and dubbed. The two series of 12 eps each. And I downloaded the full manga Raw too, pity I can't understand japanese. The relationship between Celcia and Jumpei is priceless.
